The Senior Teacher at SummerTech:
Qualifications:
- Completed one college year.
Details:
- Paid, full staff role.
- Instructor for a primary course.
- Potential to become Lead Teacher or Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee electives, activities, and events.
- Counselor duties
Commitment:
- Full summer preferred, five weeks minimum
- First year employment, six weeks
Documents:
- Two recommendation letters, or one letter and a previous SummerTech evaluation.
Join SummerTech as a Senior Teacher. Here, grow your skills, lead, and contribute deeply to our camp. This role promises growth and a rewarding journey.

The Junior Teacher at SummerTech:
Qualifications:
- Completed 11th grade.
Details:
- Paid, full staff role.
- Completed Counselor-in-Training (CIT) summer.
- Instructor for a primary course.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead electives, activities, and events.
- Counselor duties
Commitment:
- At least three weeks.
Documents:
- Two recommendation letters, or one letter and a prior evaluation.

The Counselor in Training (CIT) at SummerTech:
Qualifications:
- Finished 10th grade.
Details:
- First-year staff experience.
- Small participation fee (details at the link).
- Paired with a teaching mentor.
Responsibilities:
- Teach classes alongside mentor
- Plan, design, and lead activities and events.
Commitment:
- At least three weeks.
As a CIT, you’ll dive deep into staff roles and improve your teaching with a mentor’s help. Commit for three weeks, contribute to camp activities, and step closer to a key role at SummerTech. Fee and program details are at the provided link.

The Intern at SummerTech:
Qualifications:
- Finished 9th grade.
Details:
- Camper for the first week, intern for the second (or final).
- Cost: Same as camper tuition.
What to Expect:
- Experience camp as a camper, then learn camp operations as an intern.
- No teaching duties.
- Work with directors and team up with fellow interns.
- Help organize and run camp events.
